Legal
Terms of Service
Effective July 4, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the CyberFence USA website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Paid services are governed by the separate written engagement agreement you sign with us; if anything here conflicts with that agreement, the engagement agreement controls.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
No professional advice
The content on this Site is for general information about our services. It is not legal, compliance, or security advice for your specific situation, and it does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when we both sign an engagement agreement. Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-fee, agreed in writing before work begins.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and code — are owned by CyberFence USA or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
Submissions
Information you submit through our forms should be accurate and your own to share. Do not submit sensitive personal data, protected health information, or confidential records through the Site's forms; we will arrange a secure channel for anything sensitive. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle what you send.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or tools we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability, and linking does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberFence USA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Florida.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
